Class will be cancelled if there is no pre-registration enrollment.  You will be notified if group/class is cancelled.

Please call Amethyst Moon's home office (847)731-0614 to pre-pay for classes in order to be put down on our list of attendees for that class or workshop.   We ask you to send us either at check for the registration fee amount or we accept Master Card and Visa.  

Those you have not pre-registered by the date listed will be asked to pay the after-date amount/at-the-door fee.  You may pay at the door on the day of the class.

There are no refunds for classes, workshops or events under $20.00.

For classes over $20.00 and within 5 days of the class, we ask your consideration when canceling your reservation.   Materials and supplies are gathered for these workshops and your attendance is counted towards the amount of those supplies.   

If you have to cancel your attendance, please call us at least 5 days before the class at (847)731-0614 or e-mail us as soon as you know that you will be unable to attend. 

Monies minus $20.00 will be refunded within 30 days of the scheduled class.  Please make sure we have a way of contacting you in case of questions concerning the cancellation.  Thank you.

Note: We will review your individual circumstances concerning  cancellations over $20.00 and within 5 days of class, and may require documentation of an emergency situation, however you may not be subject to any refunds if we deem your situation was not critical.  Thank you.

Note: Unless otherwise noted: regular monthly events include Spiritual Journeys Group and the AM Open Discussion Group and do not require pre-payment; however it would be nice if you RSVP.
