Special Toy Recall Note: Please note that most of our alien toys are from China. We have not received any word from our wholesalers that our items have been recalled due to lead. We do not intentionally have any toys with lead in them. All toys are not recommended for children 3 and under. Returns: All items are guaranteed...if you don't like it or it is defective, we will take the item back within 60 days of receipt. Call or write us to let us know if you have a defective or unsatisfactory item and we will arrange for shipment of a new product or refund. If you have to ship an item back, you will only be responsible for return shipping charges. We will refund your money within 30 days. Beyond 60 days of returning an item, we'll discuss your individual circumstances with you: bottom line: we want you to satisfied with your purchase. Age Limits: We ask that all orders be made by an adult - over 18 years of age. This is for legal purposes. Minimum Web Order Limits: Our minimum is $10.00, excluding shipping and handling charges. Shipping and Handling Charges: We use the United States Postage Service (USPS), as we have found they are the most convenient and economical for us and thereby you save. Shipping/Billing Differences: We are careful to make sure we ship to your shipping address and send your order invoice to your billing addresses, for we are finding that often different addresses mean that the item is a gift. We do our best to contact you to confirm this information. However, we may just ship to the shipping address and send a receipt to your billing address. Let us know if you want something different. Shipping Time: Please allow 10 - 15 days
for a shipment to arrive to you. Allow 8 days for us to ship an
item to you. Arrival of item may take between 10 and 18 days
depending on where you live. We do use priority shipping when we
can, although our shopping cart only offers regular shipping. Intercontinental Shipping - We now ship to Great Britain, Canada and Puerto Rico. Shipping Costs will be higher outside the continental USA. You will be charged an average of $7.00 more. Privacy: We do not sell any information to outside parties. Never have; never will. Your information is safe with us. Security: We use secure shopping cart computer technology and have safe, secure shopping. All your information is kept private and safe. Free Gift: Yes, we send you a small thank you gift with every order! More alien toys, pens, calendars! A special Thank You gift! Master Card/Visa accepted: We accept Master Card and Visa and have our own merchant account. Amethyst Moon is the name that will appear on your credit card statement. We will be attaching our receipt with your invoice. If your credit is not approved or if there is a problem, we will contact you. Checks, Money Order and Cashiers Checks accepted: All must clear our bank before we ship. This especially includes any foreign checks. Allow enough time to your monies to clear.
